The stairs to the top floor felt like a trek up a mountain, especially with luggage, and they could use a carpet for comfort. My shower cubicle felt cramped, and the decor choices were a bit over the top-those photos everywhere were sometimes distracting. The fridge wasn’t pre-cooled, which meant waiting for it to chill before enjoying a drink. Finally, some items like towels looked a bit worn and could use refreshing.

Consider requesting a room on the higher floor for a quieter experience away from street noise and better views of the sea.

Family with children find it lovely
So, we went as a family and the room was just perfect for the kids! They had bunk beds and played with the SEGA Megadrive for hours, which brought me back, way back. The hosts were just terrific, really attentive, checking in on us like they cared-like family, you know?
Wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which the kids loved. It had a nice SEGA Megadrive—definitely a blast from the past! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great too, right across from everything fun. Not too noisy at night, but the shower pressure was a bit low. it was a cozy spot for a family getaway.

Our stay was focused on enjoying time with the kids, and the family room was perfect for us! The kids loved the bunk beds and had a blast playing with the SEGA Megadrive. The hosts were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. While the cost was a bit on the higher side, the overall experience made it worth it.

Homey vibes and delish brekkie
We had a lovely 3-night stay. The place felt super homely, it was like a cozy escape. The rooms were comfy and decorated nicely. The breakfast was just fab, served overlooking the sea. The only hiccup was parking. it was kinda tricky finding a spot, which was a bit of a downer. a great experience!

A Perfect Family Getaway
We stayed for one night in a spacious Deluxe Suite that exceeded our expectations. The kids loved the beach access, and the freshly baked treats from the cake shop next door were a delightful surprise! Highly recommend grabbing breakfast early for the best choices.

would definitely come back here
The superior double room was bright and cozy, featuring a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and lovely sea view. Breakfast was delish, with plenty of vegetarian options available. Loved having a mini fridge and electric kettle too. The location is spot on for beach access and local shops. Parking was easy and inexpensive.

Just a good pick for a city escape in Great Yarmouth with real value for money. The shower barely had any water pressure which made it hard to rinse off. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs to sleep better.

nice stay but minor inconveniences
The room was tidy and had plenty of fresh towels. The ordering process for breakfast added efficiency to our stay.
Check-in was later than expected at 4pm.
